install question

someone asked me if he were to install a turbo (6-8 psi) would he have to change injectors, fuel pump & rail, and ecu??

i could understand changing it but how do you upgrade ecu?? but like he said wouldnt the o2 sensors tell the ecu to dump more fuel so it wouldnt have to be changed or upgraded??

oh yeah it is for a d16y8 with a p2p ecu 240cc injectors
