Default Instalation advices please

yeah, just got my GReddy 15G finally, as well as 6" JRK intercooler with some 2.5" 180 deg. bents ... so give some advices of how to make a good instalation

- where can I use teflon tape ? ... oil feed line at the engine, or dont use it at all ?
- where can I put heat resistant silicon gasket (paste type) ? ... everywhere I can ?
- what to do with the windshield washing can that is sitting on my intercooler pipping way ?
- I think that I'll change the oil return fitting at the oil pan with one that goes inside the pan to prevent leaks .. good ?
- should I turn the turbo with the compressor not facing the tranny .. if I can ?
- where to position the oil feed line around the engine ?
- I'll probably paint the charge bents ... good idea ?

already bought new oil pan gasket, and I probably will buy an exhaust gasket as well

GReddy manual sucks ....

Use anti-sieze

- where can I put heat resistant silicon gasket (paste type) ? ... everywhere I can ?

Usually I only use it on oil pan gaskets, oil pumps, water pumps, ect.

- what to do with the windshield washing can that is sitting on my intercooler pipping way ?

Lose it.

- I think that I'll change the oil return fitting at the oil pan with one that goes inside the pan to prevent leaks .. good ?

Use the one that came with the kit. I'm sure it will be sufficient

- should I turn the turbo with the compressor not facing the tranny .. if I can ?

Try to figure out how your charge piping is bent. It probably "promotes" the outlet facing a certain way from the way greddy layed out the kit.

- where to position the oil feed line around the engine ?

Probably up through the intake manifold runners and over the "groove" in your vavle cover between the cam gear and the rest of your head

- I'll probably paint the charge bents ... good idea ?

Always paint charge pipes. It promotes healthy hair growth.

haha, you could also just un bolt your windshield washer tank and just let it sit on top of the charge piping, there is enough room to run it underneath it when you move it up.
