Default input on fpr needed or not?

I got in a accident in my work car 96 civic coupe bone stock got hit by and old lady head on(sucks big elephant's ***)yesterday and i think my car is totalled.

Well my question is can u tune without a real f.p.r?
my other grocery getter:
jdm b16 stock fuel rail and b&m fp.r (i also have and other stock one)
peakboost turbo kit
walpro fuel pump
defi boost gauge & controller
profec b specII BC
rc 550 saturated
obd2-obd1
p28 uberdata

in a 96 civic hatch. I need some wheels to get around.

My car makes over 360 wheel HP with a stock FPR, rail, and filter. Don't believe the B&M hype.

You don't need an AFPR, but it can come in handy if your injector duty cycle is getting to high. For what you want it's probably not necessary.
