Default injectors saturated or not?

So im going to run a peakboost setup on my 95 GSR. Planning on an average of 7psi and sometimes a little more if my stock block can handle it. I was told to run 750cc injectors so i have room to upgrade. Where im a little screwed up is ive read that over 550cc i should be running the low impendence w/ resistor box. What i really need to know is do i really need 750's or can i just run 550's. Along with that if i go with RC injectors do they supply the plug to the injector or do i need to modify mine to fit? I searched and went to the FAQ page with all the links but none of it really answered my question. Ive never upgraded injectors but i have to for the turbo setup so just want to get the right injector size and hoping they come with clips for install. Also not really related but if i get a hondata S300 can it come preloaded with a base map for the setup im running in order to drive it to the tuner?? Thanks this is all my rookie questions for a while.
