Default Injectors are bigger. will they work?

Ok so im putting in my turbo stuff into my ls this weekend, and I get around to the injectors.

they are 460 cc injectors, from an rx7. they are phsyically a different size than stock. they are longer, and fatter. If a dremel out the sealer rings, is it ok if the injector sticks farther into the intake manifold than stock? I dont really see another way to do this.

thanks.

Thats a good question, here's a shitty answer:

If you read enough 'injector install' threads you'll notice that people are installing injectors a few different ways. The way I installed my precision ones makes them go deeper into the intake manifold; everything works fine. I think I have a pic if you want..

You can probably figure out a way to shim them if they 'look' like they're too far into the manifold... a spare intake manifold would could help you come up with something.

What style are RX7 injectors?

What do you mean by what style? I know i have to wire in the resistors. I also dont have a spare intake manifold, but i guess ill just rig it to work. as long as theres a good seal i think it willl be fine.
