Default Injectors?

I read through the turbo install in the faq and was it a great write up! But i am a little lost. He mentioned re-wiring the injectors about converting them from low impedence? He also stripped wires from the injectors and where they plug into the existing wires and soldered them. I also have seen people mention using scion clips on certain injectors?

Just a little lost about the injectors, just hoping someone can set me straight in layman's terms... :D

Is all this always necessary? Or is there a higher flow rated injector say 750cc or higher that is a complete swap in and out?

Car is in signature, and the turbo setup in mind would be a T3/t4 60 trim stage 3 .63

Thanks!

Default Re: Injectors?

There are many injectors available of varying flow rates, resistance and fitment. The best fitting and best functioning injector is from Injector Dynamics. Since you mentioned an injector larger than 750cc, you should buy the ID1000. it's available with plug and play connectors and since it is a high impedance injector, you don't have to wire a "resistor box".
We have them in stock at KStuned.com when you're ready to buy.
