Default injector O ring problem

i have greddy 720 injectors, skunk2 intake mani, and inline pro fuel rail. the injectors have been in the rail and mani previously, but the O rings cracked so i disassembled it to replace the O rings. The new OEM rings won't fit back in the rail, and the rubber washer on the bottom of the injectors won't fit back into the intake mani. i've tried lubing the **** out of both pieces and that doesn'thelp. when i put the top of the injector back into the fuel rail it just rips the new O ring. tried autozone and napa and neither sell smaller rings that will hold up against gasoline. any suggestions??

You may need to grind off the lower o-ring/grommet to the intake manifold. Most larger injectors uses larger body and requires thinner grommet. Just get a dremel and grind it off inside the grommet.

what about for the top one that goes into the fuel rail. i can't get it to go in ... i tried twisting it and gently pushing it in. but the ring bubbles up and tears and its such a tight fit you have to push really hard. i'm using lube on it and everything .. but can't get a good fitment.

Just take the injectors an the fuel rail to the harware store. You will definatelly find what you need there.
