injector/drivability question!
right now im running a fmu/missing link on my eg single cam turbo, runing only 6 psi..
i have a walbro 255 already installed.. my question is basically if i stick in the rc 550's i have and take out the fmu/missing link will the car run well enough to get me to the tunnig shop? its not close by any means and i will probably hit alot of stop and go and open highway driving...
just want to make sure the car will not f*ck up on me untill i get to tune it..

Re: injector/drivability question! (4inspeed)
I would never do that. Your motor is going to be seeing more than twice as much fuel as it is used to, you're going to be running at like a 7:1 air/fuel ratio.
Worst case scenario? You could get so much fuel in your oil that you ruin it's lubricating properties and you eat up your bearings and need to rebuild your motor. Injectors arn't that hard to install, drive there on stockers and install the new ones when you get to the place, or get the ECU chipped with a 550CC basemap ahead of time.

ditto. my tuning place is 60 miles away. I just drive there on stock injectors it will be ok just don't boost drive normal. half throttle everything
