Eliminates the ignitor that always craps out...

I'll send this link to my friend, we did the MSD ignitor bypass on his car a while back and had similar problems, I can't remember how it was fixed.

i replaced the entire dizzy...everything is fine....i checked the bypass box and coil they were both good....my ECU as well....so the msd 6a took a **** on me.....i'm gonna rip it apart soon....updates soon...

I really wanted to do a similar write up but I really dont have a camera other than my cell one, and since you beat me to the punch, i'll just post my final install.






So my trigger box is mounted to my battery cover, and right under is the msd sci.

LOL I guess i followed his picture too much to the teeth since i've got each wire coming out of each side... doh. But then again i only had red and white wires at the time.

The car has been running on msd for a few months with out any problems.

hopefully you were looking at this thread.

This is the diagram i used... look at that part I highlighted. I didnt notice there were 2 connections that needed to be made until the day i started installing it.

mine ran...the bypass box is good.....the MSD 6a took a crap...don't know why yet
