Default ignition timing

if I was running a b16a built with a greddy 18g turbo at 15psi and 15 degree of ignition timing at 15psi, well the question is If I am running a t3 60-1 with a 70 and .63a/r with the same amount of boost 15 psi will the ignition timing still be the same or will ignition timing be less like 12 or 10.
Is ignition timing based on horsepower or boost pressure or exhaust temps.
I have two crx's one with each turbo and same set up on each car except for the t360-1 on one car and a 18g on the other. Im running s200 on both and 750cc on both.
on the 60-1 I have the timong at 12 degrees total at 15 psi. I have exhaust temps around 1400 degrees. I need a little input please. thanks
