Default Ignition break up problem

2000 ls, built, 6al MSD, and coil, stock honda distributor, msd cap.

car breaks up in boost only around 5000 rpm... changed the plugs out no change, coil is brand new, ignitor also new. any ideas? no problem daily driving whatsoever. tuned on neptune by reputable tuner.
