Default Idle problems after boosting???????HELP

I just got my turbo setup done and I went to start it and I had idle problems reving to 2300 and back to normal. I said OK it's Uberdata when the car is cold. I went through my stages to check my A/R etc. and it still did it. My vaccum reads 18-22. I have checked my vaccum a billion times taken it all apart and redid it to be sure even. I have drove my car for over 2 hrs and it still does it since 2 days ago. I have searched for this and other "new turbo problems" before I installed it so I know what to do and look for. I am running Uberdata 1.7 right now and have tried 1.66 and 1.70. I got a cel with 1.70 so I dumped it but it idled fine. I figured it was the cel making my idle fine dunno but my settings with 1.70 for all **** and hard to adjust so I dumped it. I heard it could be a IAC valve and they say to spray it out with brake cleaner but beofer I put the turbo on it never had any problems so that's why I don't think it's that.

The only thing that is fucked up right now is my Tial wastegate doesn't have the gasket/flange that goes over the seat to seal it off when it's closed. Could that be a problem? I know I said I have Uberdata etc. and I'm not asking a uberdata ? that's why I asked here not there I know the rules. I was just thinking it was non Uberdata related so I thought I'd ask.

Sorry for the long post but I had to get everything out so it wouldn't be asked later if I checked/done or is this. Thanks in advance H-T

Hmm, my guess is...check the IAC and adjust it to see if it helps out.

did you post this up on the uberforums? I remember reading a few threads about IACV problems with swapped cars, and it wasn't because people were using UD. I think it had to do with using an OBD 2 IACV on an OBD 1 swapped car. Not exactly sure though, check the UD forums and maybe even ask bigwig aboutit cause I think it was his post that I read.

PS you might have to play around with the IACV slider to fix your problem.

I also put this in uberdata forums to see if it may be Uberdata and they said to change my IAC to -50. Well I'm running 1.7 and it doesn't have the adjuster so I DL'ed 1.70 and made a new basemap to start all over again. I'll find out here in the next Hr. if I have a problem still but last time I used 1.70 I had a cel.

I have a 93 civic with a 95 B18b obd1 BTW
