idle problem with chipped ecu??
i just bought my 93 del sol with a B18 turbo setup on it already. everything has been done to it as far fuel system. A few days after buying it the idle started bouncing from 1k to 1.5k, i unplugged the idle air control valve and it stopped bouncing, i called the prior owner and he said it was because of the ecu programing, not because of the valve...from what i know it is an LS1 integra ecu with some sort of programed chip. has anyone ever heared of this or do i just need an IAC valve?

Interested for an answer also. I have the same exact problem on my turbo LSV.
Only problem is: I have a skunk 2 IM, so I don't have a FITV (fast idle thermo valve).
Sometimes it idles too low and the car quits. I think it's a vacuum leak, but the previous owner also said it's in the tune and can be corrected by a good tuner.
