i have a 1998 civic ex with a greddy tdo4 turbo kit. i had a greddy emanage hooked up to the car running the p2p ecu and it ran fine. only a cel for map sensor out of range. well i got it dyno tunned at my local shop. i got a obd2a-obd1 boomslang jumper harness and im running a p28 ecu and im using chrome(i think thats how u spell it) tunning program. got it tunned burned to a chip. well now my speedo goes crazy with a speedo sensor code, my idle goes crazy lights surge as the idle is up and down i mean big power surges. i have a code for o2 sensor heater not working also. som help please
