Default Idle hunting

my idle hunts and down then stabilizes but only while in motion, at really low speeds the cars idle fluctuates then settles. At a dead stop the idle is steady 900.
Its T3/T4, inline manifold, 3-bar map sensor, B16a2, Im not sure if its IACV related? input please.

Oh injectors are 770's, tuned on Hondata.

are they RC injectors?
if they are dsm style injectors, hondata will not idle dsm injectors.
i had extreme psi 680 dsm injectors and it wouldnt idle them just a thought.

they are RC injectors, no DSM injectors here but I did think about the injectors I know the car has big injectors the tuning was done at inline Pro they did a great job the car makes power, starts fine, pulls hard there's no hesitation. My only issue is at really low speed in traffic, when I take my foot off the clutch at 10mph, the idle goes from 1500 to 1200 to 1300 to 1100 to 1000. it bounces slightly.
