identify turbo mani

I was wondering if you guys can identify this cast mani and wastegate. Is it A/C compatible by any chance? I'm looking to grab this off of CL as a kit.

that doesn't look like a cast manifold to me.

hey quick question, if you dont mind.... for a Z6 turbo line kit, would a universal kit work? like a t3 turbo line kit? trying to see it it would kit the oil pressure sensor thred. thanks
