Default TSI TURBO KIT PROBLEMS

Started my boost project (tsi turbo kit) and the manifold doesnt even line up with the engine. Not happy at all what can i do?

im from the uk do you know how much hassle that is im well pissed off ive started to file the holes to make them biger but its not east trying to file cast iron any other suggestions

I could do with a new mani for a t25 with internal wastegate

Normally I don't have too many PERSONAL opinions on here. Its rather dangerous. Going from experience is another story

I'm sorry you fell for the TSI turbo kit mess. They use very unmatched turbos and badly designed parts fitment from my experience. If you can find a T28 or GT28R from a GTI-R Sunny, then you may be in better shape.

IF you can't resolve this with TSI it may be impossible for you to resolve it at all. It's time to go to a real source that knows parts and availability fitment backwards and forwards.

Give me a PM I can give you some leads as to where to go from there..
