Ideas for being a legal turbo car
Let me make sure I have a few things straight:
Being CARO E.O. means that aftermarket part is legal in all 50 states, correct?
Is there something that will tell you if the part is legal everywhere but CA?
But anyway:
-If I get a CARB E.O. Greddy turbo kit then I will pass my visual inspection in MD, correct?
-If I do things like port and pollish, maybe a mild cam (i.e. things they cant see) then I should be ok right? I dont think passing the actual emissions is the problem because my accord with 135K passes with flying colors.
-What are some other mods I could do for more HP that would pass a visual inspection but not be so bad that I fail the sniffer?
Any help would be appreciated
Eric
P.S. Found a site where you can search for E.O.s. Check it out.
