idea for mbc's
i have an idea i've been toying with for a three stage boost controller. I wanna run one setting at the wastegate pressure(8psi), one at 10 psi and the third at 15 psi. I'm cheap, poor, and love to do things my own way, so instead of buying an expensive dual or quadstage MBC, or a EBC, i decided to build my own MBCs. the concept is simple, but i'm not 100% sure if it'll work. here's a diagram. do you think it'll work?
also, what modifications need to be made to make this work? what am i missing?

I say try it out. I was planning to try something like this for a 2 stage set up. I didn't think of the purge control sol though. I was planning to use a fuel tank switch from a '93 F150 to change the vac routing to with / without MBC.

Do yourself a huge favor and cut all that craziness out and just put a simple boost solenoid on there and control it through hondata.
EDIT: The solenoid is like $40 (I think that's what I paid for it at the dealership). So unless you can get the 3 mbc's, the 3 purge solenoids, and all the wiring for $40, then this is cheaper too for you.

Dunc is right Hondata, Neptune, and eCtune all provide EBC functionality that you should make use of.
EDIT: Also to answer your original quesiton, I have seen the purge solenoid used successfully in this fashion before.

Ok, it's your call but the one EBC solenoid is going to be much better of a setup in terms of controlibility.
