I've had some ID1000 injectors in for about 500 miles, and with the stock plastic spacers, the fuel rail sits high enough so that the blue o-ring on top of the 2 middle injectors is showing a bit. (see picture) I contacted Injector Dynamics, and the guy couldn't give me a definite answer what I should use. On an S2000 forum, they mentioned using a few steel washers in there, but Injector Dynamics told me the S2000 is different than my application. I have a B16A head, Skunk 2 Pro manifold, Edelbrock fuel rail. I'm concerned that this is a fuel leak waiting to happen. What should I use?

Edit: McMastercarr makes it a bitch to share stuff. But search for Aluminum spacers, "For Screw Size M6" and you'll get a good list.

13mm OD is the only option with M6 size. But it fits perfect.

These are the choices. I ordered 3 of the 4mm, and 3 of the 6mm.

My injectors were a bit taller so I ended up with 10mm I think

Great, thanks again. You've been a huge help. I guess I can stack the 4 and 6 together, if necessary.

I have the skunk2 ultra manifold and aem fuel rail, I first test fit with the factory spacers, which did not fully seat the injector, I removed them and used nothing.....

ID injectors are pretty short it seems to work well in this configuration for me.
