Default IC piping tool?

Anyone know where to get a tool that puts the bump near the end of the pipe so the IC couplings don't blow off.. I usually throw a weld around the end and clamp on that.. but it'd look cleaner and I heard there's a small tool that can do that .. anyone know where I can get that? thanks

Harbor Freight fricken rocks, I have gotten so much random stuff from there that I really dont need but it is so cheap, you just can't pass it up. P.S. they have the 6 pump aluminum 3.5" nose height race jacks on sale for like 150 bucks. Its a big kids candy store

I was hoping to find one cheap and the only one I found was like $150... can someone send me the link of where it's located on harbor freight? I wasn't able to find it. TIA!
