Burns is probably thre best price you will find for alum. If anyone knows of better please tell because I couldn't find any before I just gave up on aluminum.

check here for pricing on alum and ss
I just bought today a 3.5", 90 degree mandril bent, regular old steel piping from a local muffler shop and it cost $32. The good news is it is big enough to be my whole downpipe.

Re: aluminum intercooler piping? (turbotypeR)
Hey turbotypeR,
This site looks nearly identical to Burns although the pricing is slightly different. I'm having a tough time finding anything, too.
http://www.force-efi.com/tubing.htm#anchor453359
This place seems to have 16 gauge 6061 Aluminum tubing (straight and 90s - don't see any U-bends here) in 2, 2.5, and 3" diameters, but not in 2.75". I don't see any prices listed either, but you could call or email them. Good luck!

Re: aluminum intercooler piping? (The Mick)
mmmmmm ALUMINUM I/C piping: LIGHT WEIGHT
I got my 2.5" aluminum U-bends from burns stainless for $42.11 ea. 3 times more expensive than steel, but easily that much lighter too!!!
BTW, why 2.75" that **** is HUGE!
