You see....I'm not trying to go into a shop and hear that. I'm not cheap when it comes to my car. All of my turbo parts are high quality, but I can't see myself forking up around $400 for piping. Nope! I'll shop around to see their prices vs yours.

Most likely will be buying the piping off of ebay, and replacing the provided clamps for t-bolt clamps.</TD></TR></TABLE>

If I was to do stupid stuff like that I wouldnt be in buisness....
When is the last time you saw ebay charge pipe kits look like this:

I have a name to uphold and never has there been cheap chinese made parts in my name and I will not stoop that low
I was just trying to give you an idea of what another fab shop will charge note that was installed also...

In the end it seems that cheap is what you want and in doing so you better stick to ebay
To upgrade couplers and clamps check out http://stores.channeladvisor.c...ports
That is my source for couplers and clamps, they have good prices and their stuff is great

Not bad prices at all on that site you gave.

About how many t-bolt clamps & couplers should one buy together that should be sufficient enough? I was thinking about 12 t-bolt clamps and 8 couplers...does this sound about right? Or should I get more or less?

That was not a sales offer I dont do charge pipes for anyone other than local people as I have no fixtures so each is made custom per setup

About how long does a typical custom charge pipe setup take? I have a friend that welds so assuming I can get piping (ebay or not), he could do the welding.

for me if I have everything ready to go and it is a good day I can knock it out in about 3 hours (good day = no band saw blade brake, full argon tanks, good sand paper, etc)
note I have been doing this sorta stuff for 4 years though but I see no reason for it to take anything longer than 1 day for someone new at it

i only had one coupler in my steel piping (from IC to TB), needed 2 couplers for each end of the IC, one for the TB, one for the turbo (but that was a transition 2"-2.5")
so in total 4 couplers (2.5" rad hose) and one transition, so 2 clamps per coupler... 9 x BR-TB263 and 1 x BR-TB213 (from the link i already gave)
