Default I need help with a problem please read! thank you

We are installing a JRSC on a ls engine and using rc 440cc injectors and the vafc hack. Question is we are using the factory engine harness and I need to eliminate the resistor box for the injectors. because they are alredy high impedance. so the question is how and what do I do with the resistor box wires to eliminate them??? I have a feeling if we try to start it as of now we will fry the ECU. any help or comments are helpful
thank you all !!!!!!
