Default I must be running rich..

So my car idles kinda funny, and in full boost i pour out black smoke smelling very strongly of fuel. Would this sound right? THe motor is all new with all the gaskets/seals/forged internals so everything is fresh, since I have owned the car I have not taken it to a tuner, ive just practicaly overhauled the motor, and now its back on the road and its doing this... SO running rich probably? and a good tune will fix that im hoping...

The old tune which might be better than no tune at all is still a tune for a completely different setup. H8 to break it to ya, but running an untuned engine at full boost and wot is not quite doing it right.

It would behoove you to tread lightly until it is tuned.
