hahahahah Awsome!

I think you are the first person that has tried to do the "No Adapter plate" setup other than me! But really I don't know if your's is less ghetto than mine was

Here is a pic of my old setup: (I made it when I was 17... )

The HF manifold was connected to the T-25 by 4 bolts, 4 washers, and 8 nuts. I grounded down parts of the turbo housing so the washers would be flush, and wouldn't bind the bolts. I also ground out 4 "notches" from the turbo housing for the bolts to fit. I made a custom stainless steel O-ring gasket between the manifold and the turbo (could have used a damn HF manifold gasket ) to prevent leaks.

How did it work?

Perfectly! I ran this setup for over a year, daily driven at 12psi. and never had one problem. I did sell this setup about a month ago, only because I have plans for something bigger , and the T-25 needed a rebuild.

My new turbo setup that will be going on my stock blcok ZC in about 2-3 months:

- Precision SC32
- Tinker219 manifold
- 40mm Tial WG
- 2.5" DP - 3" exhaust
- 2"-2.5" IC piping
- Custom welded Starion IC.
- Type S BOV
- 450cc DSM
- ZC tranny with Quaife. Stock SI alxles.
- Zdyne tuned at 10psi street and 14psi on race gas.

I will be hoping to make around 250 whp at 10psi on pump gas, and what ever power I can make at 14psi on race gas.

I will be running 24.5"X8" slicks, and shoot for a 12-11 sec pass.

Thanks yall.

your turbo looks very nice and clean. i see why you didn't have to shave the o2 housing, looks like your o2 housing is on the passenger side.
