How would you fix this downpipe issue?
well I'm test fitting everything and come to find out that there is no way in hell I can get a screw through this hole. It's just to tight of a fit. I can't really think of any good resolutions other than bashing the **** out of the pipe and make it work . or just cutting two parallel cuts through the flange so i can just slide a screw through. but doesn't that compromise the seal? Any helpful hints are very welcome. thnx

also if you thinking run studs from the exhaust housing and up. Not working allready tried that. nah shorter won't work either. Tried using a 16mm bolt thats the smallest i can use, and nothing.

How doesn't the stud work? Does the nut not even fit in there? Otherwise just start threading the nut as the stud is coming through.

what i did was cut a little portion out, screwed the bolt into the turbo, then slipped the dp on the bolt then just kept tightening. seemed to work fine

Re: (Sketch_hs)
crash or ruin all those hondas that say R.I.P. in ur sig?I hope not.
Ur best bet would to be slotting the flange or a shorter bolt.
