how often do you change your spark plugs?
please list plug type/ brand/ pn
what you gap them to
number of miles or days/ weeks/ months, etc
application - such as road racing, drag, street/ strip, etc
how much boost and displacement
et.al.

NGK 8's #4554
gapped to .030 or lower
changed every oil change ~3000miles
DD and driven HARD, (Drag, spirited driving, 120 miles to school and back almost every weekend)
8-10psi stock B16 so 1.6 liters

i didn't know ngk makes these in the #8s..are those the irdium one or the reg one ?...

i've had the same bkr7e's in my built sohc for over a year...gapped to .28, running about 19 psi through it....
havent had a single problem...maybe its time to change them though.

Just like the rest of the boosted honda community i run the BKR7e's gapped to .26-.28, change every 5k, or every other oil change. Stock b16@5-11psi, daily driven as well as the track a couple times a year.
Been thinking about changing to the BCR 7's after hearing the Supra community talk so much crap about the BKR's divit.

well most of us run the copper core plugs, better conductivity but short life. but at $2/plug its not a big deal.
