Default how are my plugs?

can any of you tell me if these plugs look normal? i know black means rich and white means lean, but i just want to know for sure how my car is running before i bring her to tracks...sorry for the big pics.

They are too hot, you need a heat range or two colder...

The discoloration on the threads. The cad plating shouldn't be worn off of more than one thread.

the discoloration on the threads is from when i was running STUPID rich because i hooked up the wrong line to the map sensor
