how much would i be looking at of getting a iron sleeved block honed? (searched)
How much on average will is cost to get a block honed?
i found a iron sleeved block for sale that needs honning and thinking of buying it.

awesome.
The block that i might be buying is bored to 87mm from honning it will it make the cylinder walls any bigger. i found some low compression pistons but they are 87.5mm. from honning it will the 87.5mm pistons fit?

No.
Some companies sell pistons in a 0.05mm over bore to compensate for honing. A 0.50mm difference will only come from boring it.

Well I think most companies that offer "stock bore" pistons actually have them with a 0.05 overbore.
I'm not positive though. I know Arias does - stock D16 bore is 75mm and the "stock bore" replacements they offer are 75.05. Most people just refer to them as 75mm though.
