How much to use?
I'm contemplating nitrous in my otherwise near stock D15B7 with 66k miles (3 inch exhaust, ram air intake). I've heard that 50 shot is the most to use, but I've also heard of some people using 75 shot. Would 75 shot blow the engine or reduce life drastically?
I know that the D15s have thinner connecting rods than the D16s, so they can't take as much horsepower.

My buddy runs a 75 shot on his stock internal Saturn 1.9L
runs the **** out of it, no problems there. If the Saturn can handle it, than yours could too. Make sure the a/f is right, and the timing is in check, you should be fine.
BTW - anything above the stock output will reduce the lifespan of the engine.

on a d15? i had a d16 back in the days and i ran a 60 shot on it all day and it was fine. i went up to a 80 shot and it started to bogg, but i never tuned it. this was wayyy back in the days... but for a d15 im sure a 50 or 60 shot would do u some kinda justice. might as well swap that out for a bigger sohc tho imo
