D16, 130k miles, in an '89 CRX. Looking for cheap, easily removable power (selling the car sometime in the next few months).

SO, the question is, how much NOS do you think that little motor will take without blowing the valvetrain skyhigh?

I was thinking like 75-100 shot, but I don't want to overdo it.

I would not go more than a 60 if the motor has not been built.

 

Dude, its less than "unbuilt" -- more like "on its last leg". It burns more oil (old poston rings) than it does fuel!!
