How much hp on stock sleeves
I am thinking of doing a blockguard or just leaving the sleeves stock.. Resleeving is not economical to me since this is a daily driven car that will see occasional track runs. I have forged pistons and rods going in right now, along with some head work being done. I am going to use some sort of stand alone like hondata or AEM EMS. I think fuel tunning is more important my self. So the question is how much hp can my stock sleeves handle with good fuel tuning, and should I get a blockguard or not...any info is greatly appreciated..

I believe Jinxproof is running 23lbs on stock sleeves with forged internals and a Haltech. If sleeving is not an option for you right now, just worry more about your fuel set up and tuning and you'll be fine.
