How much HP can 310cc handle???
Trying to figure out how much power you can get out of a 310cc injector. Good to around 250whp or could you get more...less? Thx for any help

Re: How much HP can 310cc handle???
240cc = 180-190whp
310cc = 200-220whp
370cc = 220-280whp
440cc = 280-330whp
550cc = 330whp-380whp
660cc = 380whp-425whp
720cc = 425whp-475whp
880cc = 475whp-525whp
1000cc = 525whp-600whp
Generally. You can squeeze a bit more than what is shown here out of them, but this is recommended sizes.

there pretty much useless unless going on a single cam engine. wont take much boost on a b series to max them out, dont bother if its a b series

Re: How much HP can 310cc handle???
i have a stock internally d16z6 that im planning on turbocharging. i need new injectors and im looking at some 310cc. i dont want MASSIVE HP cause i dont have internals and i still would like to get SOME traction in my crx. i can get my hands on some 310s for cheap. since im internally stock my limit is about 200 hp so this is a good choice for me?
also can i get away with using the stock fuel pump if i plan to run low boost?

All the math I just did said that with a base fuel pressure of 43.5 and using a 1:1 regulator, running 16.5psi of boost, the injectors only support 184.746667 crank HP
This ls of course assuming a slightly high BSFC of .60 and assuming RCs work sheets are even close to accurate
This is why most all motor guys use 310s, gives them just the right amount of injector for their needs.
For a budget setup I would use at least a set of DSM 450cc blue tops, gives you enough room to a little over 300hp... and the sale of the 310s would more than facilitate the purchase of DSM 450s and the required resistor box.
