Man, those T28's usually cost sooooo much...T3's are way cheap. Go get one at the junkyard just like you would a T25 and start off FI life the right way!

-airesearch t-something turbo off of a mustang $30
-1g dsm bov $0 forgot to pay at the junkyard..
-smic intercooler off of a saab $30
-misc stock charge pipes from audi's saab's and volvo's $12
-d16a6 block and head with free z6 head $30
-stock oil return line from a mustang $0 forgot again to pay...
-pipes for the downpipe $0 got it from the muffler shop's left over's
-brass fittings $3
-20pk cup-o-noodle $7
-a craftsman arc welder...worst **** ever, its soo hard to get a beed let alone start one $130
dang i realize havent spent a lot...pretty good huh now all i need are injectors from the junkyard, hope i dont forget to pay again..wink wink and the smc 100 more

what is a good car to get a T3 off of? Turbo Coupe T-bird? SVO mustang? I'm pretty sure that these are T3's any other cars? Also would a T3 be alright for a D16Z6? thanks again guys

thats my set up. most of the stuff is from ebay, lowe's, and summit racing.
my T3 is from a volvo 740. the saab 900,9000, mustange svo. tunderbird coupe, mazda mx3, 626 and ford probe all have t3s along with a wide variety of volvo's.
ebays sells used turbo's for 100-300 find one u want and buy it.
