i think what t4eg is saying is that yea honda didnt make high HP like us and we still dont use Copper spray.. its a bandaid and some of us make what the pro teams make if not just under

I got ya. Like I said, I don't care to change anyone's mind. I don't believe it is a bandaid, but to each his own. I use it on almost every motor I assemble, until my customers complain, I will continue to. I don't think applying or not really makes or breaks the motor anyways, I just happen to believe there are benefits to it.

I wouldn't consider it a bandaid either. I view it as just that much more assurance that it will seal. People with bad surfaces aren't the only people who use it.

Most, depends on how much they want to spend and how extensive the build is. Everyone has different budgets.

I use it on our race motor every time the head comes off. Whether we resurface or not. I believe there are other benefits to it than covering up small imperfections.
