well my d16y8 stock clutch lasted about 2 days of very hard driving after my turbo was installed at about 8.5 psi. Ive been driving for over a month now with stock clutch and its fine until i want to bring it into decent boost (4000 rpm +), then it starts to slip.

My buddy has 185k on his stock clutch and his slips every once in a while. Hes running 9psi on a D15B7 with a 14b. He doesnt beat on it very much tho. If your boosting plan on getting a new clutch, trust me you'll want it.

If your stock clutch isn't slipping, you're not making power.

You could drive a 1000hp car daily on it's stock clutch if you just feather it and slowly let it engage and not just drop the clutch and full throttle.
People that are frying stock clutchs driving daily with only 300whp or less are driving with a lead foot and full throttling too much.
I'm making around 250whp-280whp depending what boost level I set it at and when I just drop my stock clutch above 3000rpm and full throttle it, it doesn't hold worth of ****.
If I let it fully clamp and feather the throttle it holds fine but you'll hear the clutch slip a bit that's when you back off the throttle a bit and engage the clutch slower.

Maybe next season when you run your 450cc injectors since right now your just running your stock injectors. I also don't want the guilt on my shoulders if your motor blows right now.
I'm down to run you, just to see where you're REALLY at.
