how much boost?
I just have to get a downpipe and intercooler pipes made before I get my car tuned. I was interested to see about how much boost I can run before I go dyno the car. The engine setup is
GSR block GE 84mm sleeves
Je pistons 10:1
eagle rods
ferrea valve train, ported head
1000cc injectors
full-race manifold
T4 60-1 ball bearing turbo
116 race gas
Hondata
I'm hoping to run over 20lbs more like 28lbs. Does this sound doable.

yes it's do able. You can see great power out of that. Over 500whp. If you go through with it I would like to see you race a civic that is local here. Or hes online. hondahvn. Me and him were out last night and he pulled a hayabusa.

I am towing it to the muffler shop to get the pipes bent for the intercooler and downpipe. After getting it back home I was planning on cranking it up and making sure there are no leaks and everything checks out then towing it to the dyno. Definately don't won't to take a chance on blowing the engine. I broke the engine in while I was getting the rest of the parts I needed for the turbo install.
I was thinking of telling them to tune it with as much boost as possible. I will probably only run 12-15lbs on the street and 25-28lbs at the track at least that is what I am hoping for.

Yo David, glad to hear you are pretty close to getting your car done. Im sure it will be a beast. Hopefully everything goes well. Im practically done with mine. Good luck man. I would limit the boost to like 25 psi.
