Default How much boost ? ? ?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey guys ive just rebuilt my b16b with b18c5 pistons to lower the c/r (its around 9.2:1 - 9.5:1) ive also used arp rod bolts and head studs. Ive got a turbo kit which ive made my self for it with a Garrett a.r.60 m11 turbo. Ime wondering what hp or psi i could reliably run ?

depends on how good the tune it. and how well the motor is built. stock motors can handle a lot when tuned properly. you'll be safe between 200 and 350hp for safety and reliability

The answer really varies on a lot of variables, such as type of fuel used, type of exhaust manifold, exhaust size, intercooler setup etc...

The fuel i will be running the car on is 99octane, i have a cast manifold with a 2.5" exhaust. I also do have a intercooler setep.

what else do you want to know.????? and i would hope you have a intercooler.. Mtber meant when he said intercooler setup is. Size, shape. the brand. piping size things like that. but there is nothing else to really tell you. get the car tuned and see what it makes. the tuner will know the cars limits and how to tune it safely

10psi, I wouldnt go any higher if you wanna keep it a daily. anything over 10 on stock internals i would make it a track or weekend car.

PSI doesn't matter. It's how much power you make based off the flow of the turbo.
