worst thread ever....
ive said it before, and ill say it again.... ITS NOT A BOOST LEVEL , its how much power that motor can make with that particular setup...
you could run 15 psi of boost on a t28 turbo and not make alot of power, or 15 psi on a t3/t4 and make 300whp
do some more reading before you boost anything

Great answers guys
but seriously, it all depends on the power.
psi on one turbo can make more or less power than the same psi on another.
Its all about the power that it makes, not on how much psi it takes to get there.,

The amount of boost/power you can make depends on a few things....
1. Dont ever rate anything by the amount of boost you can run, that is one of the signs that someone is newer to the scene...they ask how much boost can i run....that is such a variable question because no 2 setups are the same.
2. What management are you running? what fuel are you tuning on? What turbo are you running?
On most stock b series turbo setups, people stay in the upper 200, low 300 range in order to keep them relatively safe....it doesn't matter how much boost it takes to get there as long as the turbo is still efficient, your IATs are low enough and your tune is good....

Even though i agree, threads like this still have a point IF they're worded correctly and give all the necessary information. General threads that ask "how much boost?" are ridiculous and should simply be deleted because there just isn't enough info to make any kind of judgement....
I believe that there are enough of us who are capable of helping IF the OP is willing to help him/herself...
