Keep it simple and spend the money in the right spots: Stock motor is fine, maybe a set of headstuds and thats it. Ditch shitty ebay manifold and get at least a decent log or some type of ramhorn if money permits. ID1000 injectors, hondata s300 and go to good tuner.. Tony1 is kinda near you? hahah maybe not, but im sure there are reputable tuners in your area... this is where you should spend the bulk of your money

You dont need to buy an IM, TB or fuel rail for 350hp. Spend your money elsewhere.

If the motor is already together, ditch head studs; if apart, not a bad idea but not required.

I call headstuds an almost mandatory safetyreliability requirement. Especially if you plan on pushing the limits of stock internals.

BUT

If the motor is together and is healthy and you don't plan on going nuts with the power then stock headbolts (not studs like some have said) should be just fine.

However I'm the cautious type so I do headstuds regardless, plus pulling the head (if the motor is out of the car) will allow you to inspect the combustion chambers and piston tops for any sign of detonation, fatigue, cracks/pitting, etc. Not to mention if the piston tops have heavy carbon deposits then it would be a good idea to clean them. The carbon buildup can cause issues with the travel of the flame front and cause potential hotspots which could cause detonation/uncontrolled fuel burn
