Default How many turbo horses can a 2.5 exhaust handle?

Okay, so here is the deal, And before someone says "search tool rocks" I already did a search to no avail, How many horses will a 2.5 inch exhaust handle before it starts being a restrictor in a turbo gsr setup. I am doing a swap this April that I plan to turbo by next summer and want to avoid buying parts twice. I was hoping to go with kteller 2.5 catback kit and magnaflow muffler (I drive a 96 hatch so good luck finding a 3 inch catback for that). I already have a Hondata s200 w/ boost and datalogging, and skunk2 intake mani. I am not aiming for 89,027,684 horsepower, but I would love 300. Should I be okay with the 2.5 or spend oodles of money getting a 3 inch custom made?

Well the STI come out of the factory 300/300 and is running 2.5 inch with 70,0000 cats so I don't see a problem with it being able to be done.

LOL yes..
i meant it can restrict exhaust flow... so you don't reach the potential power of the motor
