How to make Drag turbo kit smog legal on an Integra RS/LS
I want to get a 94+ Integra and my uncle who will be leaving in a few years wants to get me a turbo kit though he said one catch he needs to get to drive the car for about 20 miles when he comes back in another 2 years 
. Which he can I bet since he drove Skylines, FD's, and other turbo cars where he's going.
Well back on topic.... If I got that Drag kit what will I need to do to it to make the kit CA smog legal?? I know I'll most likely if anything only add a 98+ front end and rear bumper to the car after I get it or a 97 ITR front lip. And well for exhaust since he's giving me 3/4ths of the turbo kit's cost I'll only have enough money to get a ESOVAL muffler
. Well I know I need to have the cats on, and have a unmodified exhaust.
What else do I need?

Well who would know it's not legal come on... The AVG joe at the gas station when he sees a car will a perfectly working exhaust, and a car with a turbo kit with a CARB sticker which is perfectly legal and an Intercooler what would he do after he gives the car a run which then the car gets perfect emmsions?

Why not buy it, get it smogged checked, and then put the intercooler on after its inspected.

Well wouldn't it emit hot air then which would be bad for the engine.. And turbo cars should be warmed up before smog??/
