This is my entire set-up, I put one up a while back but that was just a lil at first, now I just need to know if anyone could look over this and tell me how much pounds of boost I can have with this setup. I wanna push around 400hp+ but I just need to know if the setup I have will be able to handle it. This whole setup is going into an 88-91 crx/hatch, havent decided which yet.

It all sounds good. You won't use a cold air intake though with a turbo kit. Compression is really low too. I would go with something like 9:1. But you will be able to meet your goal.

Alrite thanks for looking over it, I also wanted to add LSD in the transmission but I heard that it snaps your axles easily or it robs horsepower or sumthin like that.

Wow, i dont know why but 8:1 compression is very low for a boosted honda. you would need a fair amount of boost to get your need, and the sc32 would get you there but im guesing you need to run very high boost.

You are gonna want LSD. Go with the quiafe. Without it, your traction will suck. And the sc32 is kinda small, it will get you there but it will take lots of boost. Go with a little bigger turbo.
