built bottom end or not: GE sleeved LS/VTEC, manley rods, Arias pistons
Daily driver or not: Every Day
Problems so far: Runnin with just a mesh screen and no filter = I destroyed my turbo and did some damage to the pistons, bored it out from 81.5mm to 83mm and put a new turbo on it with a filter this time.
I just got back from a road trip where I had 3 other people in my car, two snowboards on the roof rack, and put 1000+ miles on it including some hard highway pulls with no issues

Thought I should mention I'm tuned on AEM
480 WHP at 17 psi on pump gas.

hmmm lets see:
about 3500 miles
motor : forged rods & pistons ls/vtec
15psi open dp of hx35
no dyno sheets
problems: hmm re-designed a/w setup for better heat transfer....3" dp was a lil low and bottomed out shearing 4 exh manifold bolts....wg constantly coming loose...fixed by bolting thru w/ rtv sealant on the threads...other than that...prob about 3-350whp beaten on daily for about 10-15min all summer long....
oh yea and about 30 bolts all over the motor...guess it didnt like the stiff motor mounts...fixed by a lil loctite
tuned on crome by myself :-)
