I'm just curious to see how many miles you guys have on your turbo setup car, mostly people with over 100,000 miles. I'm more into looking at stock bottom end guys, but if you have a lot of miles on a built bottom end, post that up too. Thanks.

Do you mean turbo setups with over a 100k on the setup, or on the engine before boosting? If the later, then as long as the engine is in good shape it'll take the boost. Make sure you get a proper tune.

My Integra had 170,000 miles on it before i put the turbo on. I ran good for about 4k miles and then it was stolen..so idk how much longer it lasted..haha

I've got a low boost SC61 setup on a stock long block Neon motor right now with about 140k on it. It's got decent cams (Crane 18s), and I run it on MegaSquirt standalone on pump gas. Wastegate's set for about 11psi, but it creeps up above 7k RPMs. I ran it at the drag strip once in the fall last year exactly how I drive it to work and it made 13.5 @ 110 on a 2.3 60 foot. I drive it to work pretty much every day. So far no problems.

I had a b20vtec with a 150k on the bottom end. I ran it up to 8k rpms @ 15psi it made it about 6 oil changes so I would say 12k miles before the rings went but nothing was hurt when the rings went. Funny thing is I have a gsr tranny with 197k on it and I have never changed a thing on it and it still is running good!

I have 166k on my stock D16.

I boosted it two months ago and it runs perfect.

my best friend and I turbod his 93 Ls integra stock b18a with 235k about 1 year ago and still is running perfect, smokes a little....but now has i think 250k it has been well taken care of....runing 15psi made 303whp

On my del sol i had 184,xxx when turbo went on and it started to use lots of oil at about 196,xxx. I think if the motor has been taken care of before boost and you have it tuned conservative you should be fine.

turbo'd my LS when it had like 95k on it. Have 118k on it now. been boosted over a year. 10 psi made 235. on 13 psi now but no dyno #'s. probably at like 260whp. driven like 60 miles every single day.

there you go man just do a compression test if each cyclinder is good and your car aint smoking to much boost that bitch and remember the tune is what makes and breaks the engine

boosted my D16Y7 at 180k and it was a completely stock motor and lasted to about 210 at 10psi.

dayumm....i got about 205k on my d17 now, it's stock but tranny only has 20 000km on it, you think it can handle like 8-10 boost for awhile? and how long would you say? Considering piecing together a modest turbo kit....

bought my girls car with 154,000 and boosted it at 160,000 and now has 182,000 and it runs great 8psi and still has ac and ps still gets 23mpg
