how lean can u go?
just got my stock bottom end lsvtec turbo motor tuned and running around 15:1 afr @ crusing/part throttle. seems like its hogging more gas than when it was all motor, it was tuned around the same afr on part throttle as the turbo-setup when it was all motor. how lean can my turbo set-up be tuned on part throttle to run safely?

In cruise, 14-15 AFR should be good, EGT temps might get a little high so depends on what u and ur tuner want. 13s sound safe for me. Under full boost depends on what fuel you using. Pump gas I dont run more than 11.6 - .8 Race gas might get a little leaner. This also depends on timing. I dont run anything leaner than 11.6 and 25 degrees of timing just to be on the safe side.

What trans is in this car? How far form the turbo is the Wideband sensor located? The a/r ratio is fine for part throttle. Make sure no exhaust leaks at all this will also throw leaner readings. no reason you can't get 30+ out of it though. if its getting horrible gas milage then something is up with it.
not nec true, no worries for such a light load. More heat means more power for cruising, its a good thing and the flame front goes super slow so u may need to add a lil timing for such lean afr's

no wide band, got readings of of dyno when doing part throttle tunning.
I need to check for leaks cause i do smell rich burn fuel.
wel i kinda calculated how much mpg i get and it seems like its about 25mpg if i push it.
my car was on E, so i pumped 20 bucks which is about 4.77 gallons, cause gas here is $4.19 per gallon, and i ended up with 110 miles. this is just cruzing in town and highway. I only floored on it 2 times in 2nd gear.
110 miles / 4.77 gallons = 23 mpg
this is still a gas hogger in my opinion. what do u guys think?

best way to calculate:
fill up - do not top off, set trip meter to 0, and drive
on next fill up make note of exact gallons filled - again do not top off
divide gallons used into miles driven
voila.
if possible use the same gas station and pump

whats a good radiator to use?
Im using a dual core stock 92-95 civic radiator and stock fan and im getting very high temperature reading, so i have to constantly have the fan on just to keep the temperature in check.

You can lean it out alot when cruising/light load. There is a threshold where its so lean the engine cannot sustain the speed requiring more load and more fuel. I usually tune my cars for 15-16:1 AFR part throttle but have experiemented as lean as 18:1 without driveability issues. You arent going to hurt anything under light load, worse case it just wont drive good.
