Sure if you have pics post them up. I'm also thinking a bend off of the intake is going to be the solution.
I'm also wondering if I can adjust the radiator mounts and move it slightly forward into the core.
I also agree a shroud would make a world of difference but as you see with my current setup space is not on my side.
Flipping the turbo around at this time is not an option. As mentioned I have a/c and re-doing all that exhaust, downpipe, recirculating dump tube etc. all over from scratch... ahh that would suck.

Sorry I haven't got pics yet, but I'll see what I have on my phone as of now.

Only pic I have on my phone. Doesn't show much in way of helping you. I'll try and get better pics tonight.

OK thanks man. Tracking number says I should have my new spal today so I'll get to start playing and figuring out what I'm going to do. Unless it's shipped sig required and then it'll take me a few days to get.

Get it form Fan-Man.com? If so I don't recall having to sign for mine. I could be mistaken though.

Not sure if anyone has suggested it yet but a fan shroud usually makes a HUGE difference in the ability of a fan to cool a radiator. Even a ghetto home made one.

Hope that might help you. I want to try and add a shroud eventually.

Yeah it's mentioned and I'm well aware. On the prior page you'll see a pic of my engine bay and fan area and I'm just flat out of space. I'm going to have to redesign my intake to the turbo to accommodate the new fan and perhaps even a shroud depending on space and how it cools etc.

Wow you have a ton of space in there.

I made a new radiator stay to pull it back a little, also I trim the core support a little to make room for it to lean back towards the bumper.

i say turn ur fans around...the point of the fan is to push hot air out not push it in...when u have a fan facing in, it circulates all that hot air inside the engine capartment. and try swithing ur thermostat to see if that works as well
