Just wondering because I have a starion fmic just sitting around and has quite a lot of bent fins. Wanted to touch it up before I sell it. Does anyone know how to fix them? I tried bending the fins with pliers but they came out crooked and some just broke off.

 

um..........im pretty sure air flows through the fins which would make your IC have leaks. i would do a leak test just to make sure.

 

i use an AWL to help straighten fins out.. takes forever, but works.

 

I had a slightly damaged core for my Talon and I just took a small* flat-head screw driver and went through touching it up. Or you could just use a radiator comb.
