How do you bypass the IAC...???
i tapped on that damn thing tonight with a wrench.. and the car idled better... i tink the valve is stuck or the coolant lines ARE on backwards... the valve must be stuck or something.. so i'm tired of messing with it...
how do i bypass it?? it never gets THAT cold here in cali...

Pretty simple. Simply connect the two hoses together with a double sided barbed fitting connecting to the IACV. If you haven't bypassed the TB coolant lines, it's a good idea as well. You can either run a line straight from the thermostat/manifold to the water pipe or just block them both off.
